Find out if you'd catch a real attack.
We play the adversary against your whole organization, from initial access to your crown jewels, and measure whether your defenses notice.
The problem
A clean pentest report doesn't tell you whether your security team would spot an intruder. Red teaming answers that question. We pursue a realistic objective with the stealth and patience of a real threat actor.
Scope
What we cover.
Adversary emulation
Campaigns modeled on threat actors that target your industry, mapped to MITRE ATT&CK.
Social engineering
Phishing, pretexting and vishing campaigns, run within agreed ethical limits.
Assumed breach
Start from a compromised laptop or account, and measure how far an attacker gets and how fast you respond.
Detection validation
Purple-team sessions with your SOC to tune alerts against the techniques we used.
Methodology
How the engagement runs.
- 01
Threat model
Pick objectives that matter: customer data, production access, payment systems or source code.
- 02
Initial access
Gain a foothold through phishing, exposed services or an agreed assumed-breach start point.
- 03
Operate
Move laterally, escalate privileges and work toward the objective while avoiding detection.
- 04
Debrief
A full attack narrative, timeline and the detection gaps found along the way.
- 05
Purple team
Replay key techniques with your defenders so every gap becomes a working detection.
Deliverables
What you get
- Attack narrative with a timeline of every step
- Map of detection gaps against MITRE ATT&CK
- Prioritized hardening and detection-engineering roadmap
- Executive briefing for leadership
Timeline
Typical campaigns run 3–8 weeks.
Every engagement is scoped to your environment. We'll confirm timing in your proposal.
FAQ
Common questions.
Do our defenders know you're coming?
Usually only a small control group knows, so we can measure real detection and response. We keep emergency contacts open the whole time.
Are we ready for a red team?
If you've had pentests and have some detection and response in place, yes. If not, start with a pentest and we'll tell you honestly when a red team is worth it.
